Our Story

Founded with a vision to address the growing need for dedicated elderly care, Fawkia Hospital is Egypt’s only specialized geriatric hospital. Our team of expert caregivers is trained in age-related healthcare needs, making us uniquely equipped to provide optimal care and support for aging adults. Fawkia Hospital was established in 2016 to provide top quality tailored medical care to the elderly. After our own experience with family members deteriorating in general hospitals, we concluded that the elderly need special and tailored care. The field of geriatric medicine is relatively new in Egypt, therefore, we have been keen on sourcing top-notch consultants who have experience in the field. Our patients receive 24/7 caregivers who attend to their needs, daily physiotherapy sessions, and tailored medical care.

Our patient centered approach at the hospital enables us to provide a holistic care experience to our patients, with tailored meal plans that are set by a nutritionist according to patient dietary needs, as well as the abundance of green spaces and gardens adjacent to the hospital allow our patients to enjoy the outdoors in a safe and monitored environment.
